I have a passion for yoga and hold certificates in Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Anatomy. I am also trained in Advanced Motivational Interviewing, Advanced CBT, Mindfulness Life Coaching, Safeguarding and I am also a Level 2 Mental Health First Aider.
I regularly volunteer as a litter picker and often undertake conservation projects. I once relocated to various parts of Africa to work on a wide range of projects including setting up volunteer programmes that would see groups of people from across the globe supporting the rehabilitation of lions and cheetahs, whilst educating the local communities about the importance of caring for the environment.
